We have a leak, and rats in the attic. Plumbers have stalledthe leak somewhat,but we not sure ofa permanent solution. The ownerhas gone out of town and did notdesignate anyoneto contact on herbehalf. We wantout of the lease andassistance to move.We are all collegestudent, haveno family here andno where else to go.
