Repeated problems with the sewage system at house, raw sewage was backing up into the bathroom sink and tub, also stated she found raw sewage in the gutters. Tenant stated that the side sewer line is broken, but the landlord has someone out there with a backhoe today to fix it. Tenant does not have water due to repairs of the side sewer line at house and does not know when the side sewer will be fixed, and when water will be restored. Also, oven doesn't work and electrical wiring problems.

House was painted. Windows were painted shut. Most windows have been opened but one window was screwed shut and another window was broken by the painters. Owner does not intend to fix broken window (just put some tape on it). At least 2 electrical outlets are not grounded. Wants housing inspection.
