*per online* "group of people liveing in the basement under 5326 11th ave ne (in the alley). There is no toilet there, so they have taken to using the parking spot behind 5230 11th ave NE (we have seen it happen)...There are now piles of HUMAN WASTE and toilet paper there. HEALTH HAZARD!"

Per online complaint "Garbage all over sidewalk; can't even use sidewalk -- have to walk into busy 11th Avenue. Garbage is also in front of 5238 11th Ave NE, but it all seems to have come from 5236 11th Ave NE and spilled over."

Detached garage remodeled into dwelling unit within past year without permits. View from alley. Main house=5236 & Garage unit=5236-1/2: two addresses are visible. Police concern because neighbors assert drug dealing occurs in garage and alley.
