CLOSED, no violation. Referred to SPU and/or SPDGarbage Trucks come every Tuesday morning around 5AM and disturb the sleeping residents. Are these hours permitted for this work or can the trucks come at a reasonable time that does not disturb sleep? 7AM?

POTA--lives in 2 bedroom apartment. Roommate moved and was going to sublease. New roommate is about to move in but old roommate has keys and said she will come back whenever she wants and bring whomever she likes. She said she contacted the police and they suggested she call POTA. Wants to know if the landlord has a responsibility to her in this situation
