PER ONLINE: On multiple occasions, unsafe working conditions and practices have been observed on the construction site at 525 Federal Ave E that pose a danger to both workers and neighboring properties/residents. A forklift-style telescopic handler is being used to lift materials, unsecured, to a 4th floor opening through trees and power lines. Workers, almost all of whom are not wearing hardhats, are leaning/reaching out beyond the envelope and using boards to leverage/pull

NOISE--per online--Condos are being built and there is a constant loud beeping occurring. There is a lot of construction in the neighborhood but this is the only site with the high pitched beeping. Beep. Beep. Beep. All day long.
