05/31/24: Property Manager provided less than 2 hours notice of unauthorized and unagreed upon entry to all units in building and less than 2 hoursnotice of rekeying of all units in building. 05/31/24 violation of the following: "Except in the case of emergency or if it is impracticable to do so, landlords must give forty-eight hours written notice to enter your unit, or twenty-four hours' notice if they are showing the unit to a new prospective tenant or purchaser (RCW 59.18.150)."

Property management has been delinquent on multiple repairs to the building. Upon filing maintenance requests through the portal, requests have been "completed" multiple times per the management company with zero work being done. Most outstanding examples are:1. Building elevator alarm going off with "Elevator Communication Failure" light activated. Elevator is working, but unsure if emergency communications are working in the event of a power outage, etc. This seems like a violation of Seatt
