This is a triplex under construction. Yesterday at the end of their workday, the workers tried to dump the porta potty tank in to the street. The neighbor two houses to the west watched them and the whole crew laughed about it. They also urinate in to plastic bottles all day, during their work day and toss the bottles down on to the sidewalk. People are walking by and this whole situation is unacceptable. Construction at this property created damaged to our property at 533 N 73rd St in the alley way. We have pavers for a driveway which have a load limit. A truck brought in to dump gravel/dirt/stone drove on the corner most near the property under construction and damaged the pavers while also crushing the sub-base of gravel and sand making some pavers rock and out of alignment with the rest of the driveway. 3 messages to the builder over the past month have gone unanswered.
