The new single family home construction project located at 5300 NE 67th St in the View Ridge neighborhood has installed a bio-retention containers on the East side of the property with drain lines running from the container to the street on NE 67th St. These drain lines will move water to the street that was not present prior to this project. The concern is that this new water runoff on the street may cause overflow into the nearby and downhill properties during heavy and consistent rains.Co

Additionally, it does not appear to meet the yard requirements for 20' or average of front yards on either side; rear 25' or 20% of lot depth; and side 5'. At the address there is no information regarding the builder, the project, the permits, or anything else. Only the address is visible.The new house appears to be taller than would be allowed and also appears to cover more of the lot than would be allowed.  I understand that although it looks too tall and too large, it may not be.  If that's the case, fine.I request that the City send someone out to make sure everything is in order regarding  (a) the required signage and

I would like to request an an inspection of a possible code violation regarding the height of a new construction home. Yesterday, after completing three full stories of house, which appear to be very close to 30 feet already, a new structure that appears to be about 10 feet was added to the roof.
