Landlord attempting to charge tenant for refinishing hardwood floors. Floors are to be replaced every 3-7 years. Tenant has lived there 10 years with no replacement. Now landlord is stating it is his responsibility although tenant states it is normal wear and tear. Tenant rights.

Marwood Building: 531 Bellevue Ave E private exterior light installations in the alley are blinking constantly and create strobe light effect, intruding in the bedrooms of neighboring building. it used to be motion light and we have no problem with security it provided, but now it is just blinking. we hope owners can fix it ASAP. thank you
