Neighbor would clean up his yard and throw his yard waste onto my property. This is what they always do is throw garbage onto our yard.

I am writing as a concerned neighbor and community member to report ongoing issues regarding an unpermitted rental and unauthorized subleasing occurring at 5312 S Fletcher Street, Seattle, WA. The property owner has reportedly moved overseas (to China) and appears to have rented the home to another individual who is now subleasing it to multiple occupants. Based on what has been observed, the property does not appear to be properly registered or permitted as a rental dwelling, as required under
