The construction crew has repeatedly ignored requests that they do construction during permitted hours. They have been conducting construction (drilling, hammering) until midnight on weekends and beginning again at 7:30am. Additionally, they destroyed the fence separating my property and theirs and have not fixed it in months despite saying in writing that they would.
