My lease with Vitality Apartments, the property located at the selected address, terminated 11/30/22. On that date, I completely vacated the apartment I was renting, #607, and the final inspection was completed. I have e-mail exchanges documenting proper procedure of notification and vacating the apartment for successful end-of-lease processing. I have provided the apartment management administration my forwarding address, yet I have not received my security deposit. An initial move-in inspect

here is feces outside of our apartment building and commercial space entrace, homeless are smoking drugs, threatened our staff with a knife. We are losing business due to this and our residents and staff feel unsafe. These individuals have been removed multiple times and keep coming back. Please help.
