I moved into a short-term rental. The place is full of issues such as, the dishwasher is full of mold, kitchen sink doesn't drain. I've moved out and refused to pay the remaining rent because the repairs were never done. What are my rights?

Copied from 8/12/13 email from Tim Rasmussen: "The electrical contractor mentioned that the owner was creating more bedrooms to rent to college students. They have added two bathrooms and created spaces in the basement. The basement and new bathrooms are completely open to the studs."
