PER CSB: Overgrown blackberry bushes behind 5540 16th Ave S all the way down to 5554 16th Ave S. This is years of neglect. When I moved here in 1997, the alley was clear where we all could drive through. This is a potential fire hazard, and needs to be removed ASAP. Happy to share more photos.

there has been a water leak for over 3 years at this property. it has caused me an injury. im sure theres mold. recently the water has become rusted.

per online complaint: Upstairs leak near my door has caused me injury and i fear is contributing to a dangerous mold situation. Plumbing leak absorbed into walls pretty much.
