Large hole in ceiling of office room, caused by rain water damage. Mold around sinks and tub. Rodents in basement - owner attempted to exterminate himself to save money but rodents still there - feces everywhere. An old toilet and stove are laying outside in the side yard, and a washing machine, water heater and a pile of debris are in the rear yard.
