Non-conforming, illegal rental property. New real estate listing clearly states that house is "listed as 6 bedrooms, but rentable as 8 (2 are non-conforming).....". KC Assessor's Office only lists 5 bedrooms. Kitchen in lower level but no building permit in record for the construction. Attic remodeled as bedroom, what is emergency egress? Per online complaint "Parking in required front yard. Last week a red and black Honda motorcycle was yellow-tagged by Parking Enforcement in front of this address. On Saturday the motorcycle was moved from the street to the front yard."
