Complaint: Construction
Opened August 10, 2011 · Updated August 11, 2011
Per 8/8/11 online complaint: "The owner has done extensive excavation in backyard. Cause drainage problems. Increased traffic on undeveloped alley causing my fence to lean. Adding a porch? Permit?"***Per 8/10/11 voice mail from complainant: owners have created parking lot out of backyard by excavating back yard and first laying down plastic then covering with gravel to create impervious surface (my recollection is that 2000 sq.ft. of new or replaced impervious surface requires a permit) VIEW FR
