Complaint: Construction
Opened June 27, 2016 · Updated June 29, 2016
Per online: Permit#6535632. The permitted property needs a 5-foot setback, for construction, from the property line. In this case, the permit impropely allows construction within 6 inches of the property line. Further, there is a 2.5 ft. "flare" cut into the planting strip in the neighbor, Mr. Warneke's lot.

per online complaint: These people are building a gravel driveway in a residential neighborhood. They have cleared it out but now we have a view from our backyard of said driveway. Why was this allowed? See permits nos. 6535632, 6523424 and 6323396. They are not following the permits. Please send inspector to review.
