About half of the bottom pane of a ground-floor window is broken by normal use. It is currently ~47°F and windy, and cold air is entering the unit. This creates a safety and security concern and affects habitability. I contacted property management early this morning(6:03am 2/3/26) 20 hours ago (now 2:14am) and again later today, but have not received a response and there is no emergency maintenance line. No temporary boarding or repair has been done.

I have been a renting a one bedroom studio beyond a year now and WPI property management company has not taken care of the grounds nor the livable quarters. it is noticeably filthy. the floors are unswept, carpets are older and dirty. HBMC violations. No hot water from bathroom sink; all faucets have extremely low water pressure, making them impractical to use (particularly the shower); windows in bedroom do not open.
