Clogged sewer linehas rendered placeuninhabitable. We have no use of kitchen and bathroom. Theowners say theydon't have anymoney for repairs,that we can live there without a kitchen or bathroom,and have threatened to evictif we seek outlegal assistance.

Would like to know rights as tenant for maintenance issues. Landlord fixes never hires a professional, not being fixed properly. Electrician work was done by him now having electrical issues.
