Standing wastewater and a strong fecal odor in the residential parking garage at Commons at Ballard, 5601/5621 22nd Ave NW. Dirty water and residue have been pooling around a floor drain on garage level P2 since at least July 2026. Management has had contractors pump and treat the area more than once. The condition keeps coming back. As of August 28, 2026 the same standing water is still there and the odor is now in the building elevators. Residents have to walk through and park next to this. T

Tenant rights being violated. Property Mgmt failed to deny access to a tenant who was served documents. Also was removed from the lease. Tenant sent paperwork over to Mgmt 3 times. Nothing being done. Tenant says he will come into the building. Even though he was told the public will not be seen unless has an appointment.
