Complainant has been a tenant at the house for over ten years. The landlord recently fell and injured hip - went to rehabilitation and experienced additional health problems (currently in nursing home). A relative of the landlord is now managing the property, and claims that cash is the only form of payment that will be accepted (Aug. rent was not accepted). Complainant is concerned about utility bills not being paid and called the Complaint Line with questions pertaining to tenant rights.

Per Online: "junk cars on the property License plate 184 YHB is one of them--can't tell the make/model because of the crap piled around the car. There is also a permanently parked big RV and a couple of other abandoned vehicles. Also a dump truck on the south side of the property: license B87859D"
