The landlord and property manager entered all apartment units in our building and removed the knob on the space heaters that heat the community spaces within the unit - disallowing tenants to turn on the heat. Tenants have to bundle up to use the bathrooms, make food in the kitchen, or enjoy communal living space. Landlord and property manager continually enter the apartment unit without prior notice. Doing so the day they removed the knobs on the heaters and not notifying
