Large machinery digging in their backyard, which looks like they are building a new structure. Also believe the house is a Historical house which they are renting out to 5 separate individuals. Per online complaint "The home has been a nuisance in the neighborhood for years, as multiple tenants live in the house. All rooms are rented out, and the lower level mother in law apartment is occupied by a renter. The owner has died and is no longer living there, so now the home is essentially a flop house."
