Previously referred to SPU - they referred back to SDCI 5911 California Ave SW has constructed some sort of water outflow system that routinely pumps pressurized water from somewhere on the property out onto the sidewalk. It doesn't appear to be particularly well-constructed (the piping is currently falling apart) and the quantity of water is significant - I wouldn't think draining that amount onto a pedestrian thru-way would be code compliant. Full complaint from 009236-18CP:In February 2018 the balconies and siding were removed from 6 west facing units (101, 102, 201, 22, 301, 302) with no warning from the landlord.
