Per Online; There is a roof replacement project currently in progress, with no construction or demolition permit. Additionally, many instances of unsafe construction practices have been observed - nails in public spaces of building, items falling off roof, etc. I have tried to work directly with the owner, but have been ignored.

I am requesting an immediate investigation into the unsafe and unhealthy living conditions at my former residence. Before moving out, I repeatedly reported black mold, roach infestation, and other hazardous conditions to my landlord. She denied ever being informed and then charged me over $800 for mold-related "move-out costs" that I did not cause and could not have prevented.
