PER CSB: I believe property owner owns a used car dealership, constant work on a parade of different cars typically with no license plates, always lots of noise, worried about chemicals used in working on cars impacting children. Potential Unpermitted living situation. We suspect Rooster LLC, or the tenants they rented to, has separately rented the basement, which has no kitchen and no bathroom. Residents from the basement use the yard as a bathroom.
