Tenant passed in one of the units. Body sat for 3wks or more. Tenants have been dealing with the smell Mgmt. isn't doing anything. Prosecuting Atty. filed a complaint with Mgmt. they never responded. They're not taking care of the smell properly. What can be done, can someone assist? Would like to be anonymous. South side of bldg doors are open for Inspector.

There's a smoke detector in a unit on the north side of the building that has been out of batteries and beeping for several weeks. This is both a safety issue and an increasing nuisance to surrounding residential buildings.
