Denied service by a washer/dryer specialist claiming that he could not work on the machines due to high fire liability risk. Also, there is significant water logging/structural decay on the roof and ceiling. The rot was not replaced, just covered up by new tar/plastic roofing. Structural integrity is still compromised.
