Tenant signed lease without viewing, due to unit being occupied. Upon moving in, tenant has confirmed unit is 25% smaller than advertised. Apartment is only offering to move him to a larger unit for $300 more. Tenant is looking to get out of lease. They are now telling him if he ends lease, he will have to forfeit deposit and pay for this month if he moves out
