Accessory/required parking for this 6-unit apartment building was at 603-613 32nd Ave E across the alley to the north. See 1993, 2002, 2005, 2007 aerials for clear photos of parking on the 603-613 32nd Ave E site (it is unclear if the stuff that shows in the 1999, 2009 & 2010 are vehicles parked on the site or not).Permits have been issued to demo the garage and build a duplex townhome at the 603-613 32nd Ave E site. It appears this would eliminate most, if not all, of the parking for the 6-uni
