One of the buildings in the vicinity of the Top Pot north of Summit and E Mercer emits a loud, high-pitched buzzing sound. I live across the street and can hear the noise with my windows closed. It began in September 2023 and occurs continuously (from about noon to 11 PM) on every warm weather day. The noise doesn't occur on cool days or early in the morning. I assume it's associated with someone's air conditioner but it prevents me (and I assume many other people on our block!) from sitting

Loud, high-pitched noise coming from somewhere on this block. Lasts for hours at a time, night and day. Almost sounds like one of those frequencies meant to keep young people from loitering. I cannot identify exactly where it is coming from, but it seems like it might be mechanical. It can be heard from my residence across the street, even with the windows closed. Has been happening daily at least since 9/12/23.
