We received notice from the City of Seattle's Unified Care Team that the encampment located behind our apartment complex falls under our private property and are requesting that the site be cleaned and removed as it poses a significant health risk to our residents and the local wildlife. There is evidence of needle usage, small campfires, and city property such as bins located within the site.

Per Online; On Wednesday 2/26/20 at 11:08AM, I received an email (presumably sent to every resident on the property) notifying me of an intent to enter. The say specifically they will enter "tomorrow" Thursday 2/27/20 or Friday 2/28/20 to perform fire alarm inspections.RCW 59.18.150 states specifically that residents must be given at least 48 hours notice of intent to enter for inspections. The windows management provided mostly fall well within 48 hours, so this is a viol
