They started construction at 6:45 on a Wednesday. This isn't the first time they've done this. 2nd time this week. Please do something. I've reported multiple times.

They (6023) cut a 5ft branch with a radius of 4.5 inches off a large tree that was on our property. The branch wasn't on their property. They did this in order to put building materials on the side of the house they were building. They had already cut a large part of this tree off a few months prior that had caused significant damage to our tree.
