We live next door to 6031 28th Ave NE and the renters leave garbage on their porch and around the property that attracts rodents (rats) and crows. Recently, we had a rat infestation as a result of their garbage. We routinely take their garbage out for them but this is unsustainable. We have also spoken to the owner of the house and the renters directly. We'd like them to properly dispose of their garbage for us to avoid another rat infestation.
