Per online complaint "The is a chicken coop behind the brown home at 6033 5th Ave NW (approx). One of those chickens is making noise like a rooster. I haven't been close enough to tell if it's a rooster or not but as soon as there is a hint of light it'll start making loud rooster noises-well before 8am!I work late..." Cannot view from public right-of-way. Complainant said that the inspector can view from his 4 plex. Complainant provided their phone number.
