Hi, I read the Seattle noise ordinance as limiting impact construction work to 8am on weekdays and 9 am on weekends. The construction crew by my house starts swinging hammers at 7am on weekdays. Today, on a Saturday, they started swinging hammers at 7:45. It's crazy loud. The site doesn't have an address because they demo'd the original house; however, the site is adjacent to an existing apartment building located at 4459 Fremont Ave N. You can't miss it. It is the only construction site
