Building is infected w/ bedbugs. There is also outdoor junk storage of furniture discarded from tenant because of bed bug infestation. NOTE: COMPLAINANT IS A FORMER TENANT WHO DOES NOT HAVE ACCESS/DOES NOT LIVE AT PROPERTY. WILL PROVIDE INSPECTOR WITH PROPERTY MANAGER'S PHONE NUMBER.
