Exceptional tree protection zone violations at 619 Malden Ave E Project Number 68216602-CN. Once again the fencing used to delineate the tree protection zone for exceptional trees (one of these grows on my property, hence my concern) has been removed. Per Online; A developer is constructing a building in spite of a Stop Work order that has been issued for the property in question. He has excavated land very steeply at the lot lines of two adjacent properties, and has violated the tree line boundary at the back of the property that was established to protect special trees. He is flagrantly disregarding SDCI's order.

The zoning laws are being ignored and congregant housing is going into a neighborhood that does not allow it. The SCDI is not doing its job. The developer is also ignoring the stop work order and has continued work on an unsafe site.
