I've owned a unit in this building g since 2009. We are a condo building with a condo association. I am the former president and am very knowledgeable of the maintenance needs of the building more than anyone. After I stepped down there was work performed to our crawl space that nobody was ever notified about. The only reason I was aware is because I'm on the top floor and I could hear the workers inside the attic working. I was told it was my neighbor who took over as president remodeling h
