My lease ended on September 30, 2022. It is now November 5, 2022 and I have not received the security deposit, despite giving a forwarding address prior to the lease ending. Nor have I received a statement of withholdings. I have tried to contact the property manager on multiple occasions in the month of October and have either been told that it is coming, or have not received received a reply. This is against RCW 59.18. 280.

Twice this year my kitchen has flooded, the first flood was about 30 gallons, while this last flood was about 15 gallons. My kitchen is also my laundry room, and the pipe where the washing machine ejects effluent will start flood water into my apartment. Per online complaint "Tenant-occupied damaged/dangerous buildings: The stairs to this building are incredibly unstable and crumbling concrete. The landlord REFUSES to come inspect them. THESE STAIRS ARE GOING TO COME DOWN AND SOMEONE WILL GET HURT IF ACTION ISN'T TAKEN NOW, THIS IS AN EMERGENCY."
