The construction site next door, attached to 12756 Evanston Ave N, has left some sort of very loud construction devices running intermittently on their construction site overnight. It turns on and blares into the neighborhood for about 5 minutes for every 30 minutes. It is apparently not being monitored at all, but it is keeping me from getting more than 5 minutes of sleep at a time.
