3-21-18 - TJ and JD - Found them out there with a loud ass VAC truck without a TNV for the work. Locating a vault for tie-in for the GLY buildings and ultimately part of the work they're doing on Eastlake Ave E. Spoke to Shaun Mcnally with GMCC and he said he thought they were allowed to use the VAC truck because it's the quiet one. I applied for a rental unit on Dec 11. The landlord informed me, after paying application fees and initial deposit, that the unit was not available for rent. I have this in writing. The landlord refuses to refund my application fee and security deposit. I have all this information in writing.
