HOUSNG - no heat since 3/4/22 landlord is aware claims the parts are on the way - still we have no heat on the 13th floor only have 1 space heater for 2000 sq foot space was told another heater would be provided has not come yet POTA - tenant rights

3-21-18 - TJ and JD - Found them out there with a loud ass VAC truck without a TNV for the work. Locating a vault for tie-in for the GLY buildings and ultimately part of the work they're doing on Eastlake Ave E. Spoke to Shaun Mcnally with GMCC and he said he thought they were allowed to use the VAC truck because it's the quiet one. I told him the only reason we didn't get complaints is because of the location. Will be citing them, you will be contacted today so they can get a TNV for this wo

I applied for a rental unit on Dec 11. The landlord informed me, after paying application fees and initial deposit, that the unit was not available for rent. I have this in writing. The landlord refuses to refund my application fee and security deposit. I have all this information in writing.
