Per online complaint "Two years ago sewage flooded the storage area, Raymark Plumbing concluded that pipe needed to be replaced to prevent it happening again. Raymark sent an estimate to the owner, but the pipe was never replaced. This morning the storage area flooded with sewage again. Vegetation has also been neglected"

wetspot in ceiling; constantly leaks, dishwasher constantly floods out soapy water anytime loaded, toilet leaks all the time too.. have contacted the manager but nothing has been done.manager's name is Mary Sanderson 206-329-5518
