Tenant is on a month to month lease. Owner told them they have 90days to move out so that they can move a family member in. But has not given any hard dates or given any formal notice. Not sure what to do, what are rights?

Chinn construction has had No Parking Signs blocking one side of the street for months. They parking permits are now expired, with many expiring early and mid November. Even though the permits are expired, they are still blocking the entire street, blocking cars in that are legally parked there.

Private construction has taken over the sidewalks and the residential street. They put out no parking signs with caution tape but the parking permits are expired or not applicable to the days they are out there. It's impossible for residents to walk down the street our park cars. Completely disruptive to the current residents who no longer have public parking or sidewalk access.
