Over growing bushes. Walkers have to go off sidewalk to pass. The issue really is this grassy area is used by a lot of dog walkers...can be shitty at times.

PER CSB: 25-00160966: Extremely overgrown vegetation taking up more than half of the sidewalk. This has been like this for years and only getting worse. This is a big walking community and it would be cool if we didn't have to move into the dog shit infested grass to allow people to walk by us. This building does not keep up on their landscaping maintenance. Why are there bushes allowed to take up half of a public sidewalk?
