Tenants have opened up side sewer line on south side of property and are working on it w/o permit. Compl says this side sewer line is shared among 3 properties located at 6447, 6453 and 6457 Marshall Av SW, but the tenants refuse to let their neighbors on the property to see what they're doing.

See attached 8/15/08 complaint from CSB and Mayor. Owner has disconnected line and is running raw sewage on top of the ground and down the bank into the blackberry bushes- "...hard to see but you can certainly smell it"
