Unusable shower due to leak coming from upstairs neighbors bath. Dirty water is leaking on us. Initially reported 6/13/25 and they just barely cut open the ceiling on 7/9/25 after we've contacted them several times, and by submitting work orders. They've also lied and told us maintenance would come out asap, but it took 2 full business days for them to send us who they claim is a plumber, actually just a maintenance tech of theirs, and that's when our ceiling was opened. The property is not maintained properly. There has been a large pallet of siding blocking part of the parking lot since August 2024, and despite both my apartment and others making regular requests to maintenance and management it has still not been moved. There are also several vehicles that appear inoperable and never move (a toyota right in front of the pallet of wood, and two cars parked in tandem on the left-most port of the building).
