Sometime between 1989 and 1992 sewer lines were put in illegally without permission or easements across Parks property and now these lines are leaking into Parks property. Complainant says a complaint was filed with SDOT during the early '90s and he can provide that information if we need it.See related complaints at 6536 and 6528 20th Ave NE.Complainant wants to hear back from us with the results but will be out of the office from 9/10/07 through 9/14/07.
