I submitted a request for maintenance on lawn care and shrubs to be trimmed and for the lawn to be mowed on Thursday, July 18th. I also proceed to sent a text message to the Property Manager, Cynthia with Sea to Sky Management LLC and did not receive an answer back. I proceeded to send another text on 7/31 which surpasses the 10 day requirement to the property manager to which she replied it is scheduled for Friday, August 2.
